Rental conditions


  1. Booking procedures and payment
    Guests may book by phone or by e-mail. Reservations will only be confirmed after an advance of 30% of the total cost has been paid (by bank transfer) as a deposit. Final confirmation of the reservation will be sent by E-mail or fax.

  2. Methods of payment
    The balance of the remaining amount and any additional costs must be paid on arrival (cheques are not accepted) when the contract is signed and keys are handed over. Payments made from abroad must be increased by € 12.00 to cover banking expenses.

  3. Number of people
    Under no circumstances may the holiday accommodation be occupied by a greater number of people than that stated at the time of booking. Payment for any extra people occupying the accommodation must made in proportion to the rent agreed originally on the understanding that the number of people does not exceeded the number of beds available in the apartment.

  4. Prices and Discounted
    The total price will include: water, electricity and gas usage, one parking place and the cost of the final cleaning of €50,00 ; it does not include tourist tax.
    • Prices are based on the number of people, there is an extra charge for an additional bed of € 70,00 -100,00/ per week depending on the season;
    • Bed linen and towels can be supplied on request (complete set € 12,00 /per person). For rates depending on length of stay, ask for a quote!

  5. Security deposit
    No security deposit is required but you are asked to report any damage caused to objects or furniture before departure. You are also kindly requested to leave the apartment tidy (no rubbish), as you found it on your arrival, and not to move the furniture.

  6. Pets
    Small dogs are allowed (by prior agreement).

  7. Transfers
    For transfers from Trapani Vincenzo Florio Airport or Falcone-Borsellino Airport we can only offer some recommendations.

Cancellation Policy


In case of cancellations of a reservation for which a deposit has already been paid, you are asked to communicate by e-mail or by telephone . The following penalties may be applied:

  1. For cancellations made between 60 and 40 days before the arrival date, the entire sum paid to date will be refunded;

  2. For cancellations made between 40 and 30 days before the arrival date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit will be applied;

  3. For cancellations made between 30 days and 7 days before the expected arrival date, a cancellation fee of 100% of the deposit will be applied;

  4. For cancellations made between 7 days and up to the day of arrival, or in the case of no show at the booked accommodation, a cancellation fee of 100% of the deposit and a request for 75% of the amount of the agreed rate for the accommodation.
